I am a multimedia artist. I work in a variety of media: fibers, wire, glass, as well as clay but I also work in oils, acrylic, pastel, charcoal, collage, digital and mixed media. I am always experimenting and exploring in both traditional art materials as well as recyclables. I own my own studio and teach art to both children and adults as well as facilitate creative workshops and muse groups.
I LOVE the new blog Joy! It's so wonderful to see everything you're doing in one place, and you know what, I'm going to borrow your term for my own blog 'multimedia'. I've been looking for something that will encompass everything I do, not just the 'mixed media' pieces. I also think I'm going to get out my dremel and keep it handy at my art table, as well as my soldering gun... you never know when you might need it after all! lol ;D You're awesome Joy <3
